SAP Install Fills /tmp

From Wikistix

After running multiple SAP installs on a large memory AIX system, you may find that the /tmp filesystem becomes full, with no apparent contents. This is due to the SAP install tool copying executables and shared objects (and archive libraries on AIX) into /tmp, and running them, then deleting them. Due to the design of AIX, slibclean must be run to reclaim the lost space, as libraries may continue to be mapped in RAM even after all references have been released.
